Excel map

On the excel map i beleive it was really easy. I’m excited that we got so much time. I think i did well on the color codeing and how pretty it looks. if i could change anything i would paint the map better. The thing that frustrated me the most is that it was hard to find some words. Thats all. Over all it was really easy to finish.

Chapters 1-3

In chapter, 1-3 the things that i remember most are the plaeteu and the coastal indians being so different in many ways. Such as there transportation, food, social ways, and their shelter. I also remember the wildlife in the toho rainforest, one of the only rainforests in the united states. Such as the flying squirrel. I learned that many cultures are different and that we haver a lot of whales in the sound and ocean. This is important because there are still reservatipns today and s o we should respect their culture.

Dabbleboard

I think that it wasn’t working that well. It had many tech difficulties, and was very hard to figure out, in my opinion. I liked how it gave me a lot of room to be creative though. I would still rather be working on paper then with dabbleboard. I learned that Muslims take their religon very seriously, especially during Ramadan. This is when they fast for the whole month. They also take praying very seriously, because they do it five times a day and wash before. My thoughts are like eggs in a frying pan, all scrambles up but yet so good.

Muhammad Book

I would have made sure i had enough time to finish my rough draft and had not procrasinated so much. I think i did a good job and did as well as i could.

Hi I am Abby and i am going to provide you with some tips on deserts, oases, mountains, and the coastal plains. When you are in the desert you want to make sure that you wear loose fitting gowns in a headress to protect you from the  sun dust and bugs. Beore going back in time make sure you can herd sheep and camels for food and milk. Make sure you have a sturdy tent to slepp in at night because it will get below freezing. The best place to find water would be the oases. Here you can farm, but if you want to keep traveling the desert just pick up some water. You can get fruit from here too such as dates and peaches. At the coastal plains you can also get water from the canals. There is a dam there that can help you with farming there. There will be lots of traders here so make sure you have lots of goods. In the mountains you may want to use terraces. which are flat areas of land suitable for farming. You may get fruit up there and lots and lots of water. Here there are also dams and irrigation systems to help you with your crops. Thank You for listening to my tips and enjoy your time in the past.

Dear Mom and/or Dad

Dear Mom and Dad,

The trimester has gone really well. I’ve learned alot this year such as generating yellows, The Grand Canyon, medieval Europe, and algebra. I have done really good and have strait A’s at the moment. What helped me to be succesful was paying attention in class and doing my homework. This second trimester i want to be more alert in class during times that are not so interesting to me, because it may come up on a test and i need to know what my teacher is talking about.

Love You

Abby (Lord)

What I Learned This Week

This week i learned all about leprosy. It is a disease that mostly affects the skin. I’m not going to give you asummary on leprosy, so if you want one go to middleagesmrt09 on wikispaces. I learned a lot of research skills that i never had before, like what is important and what isn’t. I learned a lot from social studies, thank you Mr. Talmadge.

School Rule That Should Be Changed

I think that the school gym uniform rule should be changed. I think that students could be able to bring their own gym clothes to school.  I think this is unfair because the uniforms are uncomfortable and do not fit all student as they would like. This would save money on the parents part. All school rules would apply to the clothes that students would bring in.
